The Z44H/P48H-25C blow-off gate valve is derived from the gate valve, using a gear to rotate 90° to drive the valve stem up and down for opening and closing. The quick blow-off valve not only has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but also is small in size, light in weight, uses less material, has a small installation size, and especially has a small driving torque, is easy to operate, and can achieve quick opening and closing.

II. Z44H/P48H-25C Blow-off Gate Valve Structure Principle:

The quick blow-off valve directly relies on the force generated by the medium pressure to assist the mechanical load acting on the valve disc for sealing. The mechanical load on the valve disc mainly comes from the compression spring, which is almost a fixed mechanical load. Although for compression spring-loaded blow-off valves, good sealing can be achieved by adjusting the spring force, the sealing pressure difference must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force, thus achieving sealing during normal valve operation. The sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
